Need Advice is it worth Going for Esxi 5.1 U1

Dear Experts,

Presently we are having environment of Esxi 5.0 U2, We have three enclosures All C 7000, Two enclosure having 8 Blades are 680c G7 and the other enclosure is having 680c G5. I've checked on HP site that currently for G5 only supported drivers are available for 5.1 Esxi and nothing for 5.5

We have a physical vcenter 5.0 server which is having its database on Oracle. Recently we had some discussions that to upgrade for 5.1 or not,

- I need some advise is it really worth?

- There is SSO available and mandatory feature to be used with 5.1 but before I read there were many problems with it, is it stable now ?

- it support Oracle DB if we don't want to use bundled SQL database ?

- Vcenter 5.0 can manage hosts running esxi 5.1 U1, I mean if we keep current vcenter 5.0 version but upgrade only hosts, this will work ?

- Incase we plan to go for vcenter 5.1, inplace upgrade can be done ?

What else is major change available in 5.1 because if it is not so, I need some justification that sticking to current 5.0 U2 is ok for us.

Considering going for 5.5 is not possible since for one enclosure I mentioned above no drivers supported available.

Please let me know if additional details are needed. I know my question is not too much to the point, but I need advise in general.

thanks,
