restrict access to cloud director admin portal http://public-cloud-director-url/cloud

Greetings,

Is there a way that we allow public access to http://public-cloud-director-url/cloud/org/orgName, but restrict them to access to vcloud director admin portal http://public-cloud-director-url/cloud? and only allow private IP (such as 192.168.x.x) to access it internally?
