[WS10] GUI problems in the guests with vmrun utility

I haveupgradedWorkstation9.x to10.xon a hostthat has Windows7 SP164-bitand I haveupgradedall of the VMsto the new formatand I haveinstalledthe newVMwareTools.

UsingWorkstation10.xto runtheVM, I have noproblem.

WhenI usethe vmrun utilityto run themin the backgroundand I useUltraVNCViewer1.1.9.1to check them (the VNC serveristhe VNC serverintegratedin theWS 10),I haveproblems withthe graphical interfaceof theGuestsasyoucan see from theseimages:

How come? How do Isolve these problemsbecause,whenI usedthe version9.x,I had not them?
