Win8 Bootcamp as VM on Mac OSX

Hi,

I'm trying to run my Windows 8 bootcamp partition as a VM. I created a new "Create a Boot Camp virtual machine" VM. When I start the new created VM Windows crashes always with the following message:

"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you".

I have a MacBook Pro 17" with 8 GB RAM. I'm using Mac OSX  10.8.5.

I googled for several hours to find a solution without any luck.
