ESXi 5.1 PSOD and login screen missing

Hello,

I forced a PSOD on my test ESXi 5.1.0 (build 1157734) to test the network core dump feature (which worked well) and rebooted the host. The host comes up fine and I can access it using vCenter, however the console itself doesn't show anything. Normally I would see the yellow/gray screen along with ESXi version, IP address etc. and menu information (F2 customize, F12 reboot), but I don't see anything except the word "syslog" at the top right corner.

Now, upon pressing F2, I do get the Authentication required screen, and I can type in the credentials, log in and customize just fine, however the main screen seems to be hiding. Can someone please help me with this. Any help or advice is appreciated.

PS. If it helps, here's the command I used to crash:

vsish -e set /reliability/crashMe/Panic 1

Here's the image of the dcui via SSH:

Thanks in advance!
