Update esxi free 4.1 U2 to 4.1 U3

Hello,

Is this the right file to upgrade esxi free 4.1 U2 to U3?

2012-08-30 | 4.1.0 U3 | 213M | Binary (.zip)

ESXi 4.1  Update 3 (upgrade ZIP from ESXi 4.0) Use this package with vCenter  Update Manager 4.1 Update 3 or with vihostupdate of vCLI to upgrade ESXi  (Installable and Embedded) from ESXi 4.0 to ESXi 4.1 Update 3.

It says from 4.0 to 4.1 U3 so am not sure.  We use the MD3220i so am hoping to see some improvements.
