From what I've read on the communities the Visio-like questions on the DCD should be dedicated about 15 minutes each, I'd assume they carry more weight than other questions. My questions for those of you that have taken the DCD are -
1). Did you read the entire scenario carefully first? From what I see in the UI demo, the scenario seems wordy and fluff's been placed here and there to trip you up. How do you go about it?
2). I was going to about this like so -
- Skim the entire scenario quickly (2 minutes or so). Jot down anything I need will help in formulating a design, carefully reading the requirements/constraints/what not.
- Dive into what's been asked and start creating the design. Refer to the requirements/constraints/whatever else as I go.
- Make adjustments as necessary.
Please advise if the above method will work and how you went about these questions. I take it that I'll likely have 5-6 such questions, it'd help if the wise folks on the communities can provide some much needed wisdom.
