VMWare USB Arbitration Service won't be started with message that the Windows cannot find the file.
I opened usbarb log and find the line "USBArbRuleStore: Unable to open rules file 'C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware USB Arbitration Service\usbarb.rules': Insufficient permission to access the file"
Does anyone know how to fix it??
